About Us Summary

Years ago my husband, Bill, and I were bitten by the Wanderlust bug and the result was a serious case of “we gotta get out of here” syndrome.

We want to live it, breathe it, feel it and give back – so… we’re on the move!

The perfect team. Paige is a photographer and Bill carries all the camera gear.  Joined at the hip. Two peas in a pod.

As Lao Tzu said “A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving.”

154 countries and counting…

29 years ago we participated in a leadership class where we were given personality tests. Comparing the results we found they were almost identical.

Bill’s response… “The reason we get along so well is that we are in love with ourselves!”

My husband and I walked the Camino last year from St. Jean Pied de Port to Santiago. A monumental event in both of our lives. We blogged about it if you want to have a look. Under Categories – Camino de Santiago.

I only took my cell phone (weight was my concern) to take photos and blog.

Have a fantastic time. We have close friends starting the Camino tomorrow – they should arrive in St. Jean today.

      Buen Camino!

Thanks. I had a chance to look your Camino blog over just before we left. You may notice that I stole your holding hands shadow picture. It’s tougher than I expected but also more rewarding as well. We still have a long way to go.

really great blog! i want to be just like you guys one day – traveling the world and inspiring others to do the same by documenting my travels. this blog is so beautiful and you’ve been to so many less common destinations. can’t wait to read more! Also, do you have any advice for aspiring travel bloggers?

Thanks for your gracious comment. I wish I had advise for aspiring travel bloggers. I am new to it myself and jumped in without a game plan. I received comments from family and friends at the beginning to add more information about sensory responses – smells, sounds, etc…

I will say that less is more. I lose interest when someone writes every finite detail about their day.

Good luck. I look forward to reading your posts!

We have owned an rv continuously since 1970. We’ve homes on maui, sunriver, or. But always go back to the rv. We just got home last week from a 5000 mile trip. Roads get rough days are short, but what a wonderful adventure. People in the USA are incredible.

I found you again! I forgot to get your contact info in 2016. I still have the first RV you painted! The “Pinnacle of Love”. I bought it the year you met me (2016) and it’s been to EVERY burn since except the 2020 renegade. It was at 2021 rocking it and getting ready for 2023. I can’t thank you enough for creating that wonderful thing. So many people have enjoyed it and the experience of body waxing in it. Every year I run a body waxing business called “Happy Endings Waxing” out of it. It’s so goofy! Again thank you so much… It’s still making it but in need of a lot of TLC. I’m hoping to keep it going a few more years. Some pics are at @happyendingswaxing on IG.
